Yes. Every booking comes with an Engineer present to operate any equipment needed for your recording.

Only cancellations that are made over 12 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Otherwise, you will have to book another session. If you’re running late, please email us as early as possible so we can notify your Engineer.
